Cancellation

Each sound-form is a unique and custom work of art. To aid in customer satisfaction we will provide you with a digital proof of your sound-form. If you are not satisfied for any reason with your sound-form proof, please notify us of your desired changes as we would love to work with you to create a unique image that blows your socks off. In the event that we are unable to provide you with a proof that you are satisfied with, any order may be cancelled for a full refund up until the acceptance and approval of the proof of the sound-form.

Guarantee & Exchange Policy

Born of Sound is dedicated to producing quality products and we guarantee that your sound-form will be made with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship.

If your sound-form contains any material defect or is delivered to you in a damaged condition, please contact us within five days of your receipt of the defective or damaged sound-form and we will provide you with a replacement sound-form. You are responsible for shipping your sound-form back to us (at the address provided below) and the costs associated with that shipment. Your sound-form must be returned to us with all original packaging. Please email us at create@bornofsound.com to notify us of your return and be sure to state “Return” in the subject line. Please provide us with a photograph of the defect or damage. When you contact us we will provide you with a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Your replacement sound-form will then be shipped to you within 15 business days of receipt of your returned image.

Any sound-form that is returned to us we may use as we see fit, which may include, but is not limited to, being used in marketing efforts.

Born of Sound takes pride in our comittment to providing prompt, courteous, and superior customer service as your sound-form is born from collaboration between you and our artists in the creative process.  However, certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by our exchange policy. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

  • Inferior quality or low-resolution of customer uploaded sound.
  • Color matching what you have printed off your printer or see on your monitor.  We recommend purchasing a color swatch set to ensure you will be pleased with your color choice(s).
  • Errors in customer-selected options such as choice of mounting, delivery method, quantity, shape or color.
  • Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer.
  • Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors submitted to us by the customer.
